What Is the Marketing Strategy Accelerator?
The Marketing Strategy Accelerator is a group-based, expert-led marketing strategy development program that leverages the power of collaboration.
Unlike traditional models where you work individually with an agency, this cohort-based approach puts you into a group of business owners that you’ll go through the program with.
It’s very similar to a classroom experience—you’re all working on the same projects at the same time, which means you can share insights, collaborate, network, and keep each other accountable.
Over the course of 6 weeks, you and your cohort will work through a structured process to get crystal clear on your business vision, your values, and your goals for the next 12 months. Then our team will develop a detailed, one-year marketing strategy customized to your unique business needs and goals.
During that time, you’ll receive individual guidance from our Vision Value Model™ certified instructors to ensure you’re doing exactly what you should be and that your final marketing plan is both high-quality and packed full of useful, actionable marketing strategies, tactics, and advice.
How It Works
The program is broken down into 3 sessions that are 2 hours each.
Week 1: Vision & Values
Your journey begins with a Vision & Values discovery process. This crucial step helps you optimize your vision for the future of your business and identify what you value most (so that you can effectively protect it).
By clearly defining these elements, you lay a solid foundation for your marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with your long-term goals and core values.
Week 2: Goals Workshop
Next, you’ll participate in a Goals Workshop where you’ll develop meaningful, actionable, and relevant business goals.
These goals will guide your collaboratively built marketing strategy, providing clear benchmarks for success and ensuring that all your marketing efforts are aligned with your overall business objectives.
Week 3: Marketing Bootcamp
In the third week, you’ll attend a Marketing Bootcamp to learn about the power of process in the marketing world and how multiple layered processes can work together to maximize impact.
If you prefer, you can send an admin or marketing employee in your place to participate in this intensive workshop.
Weeks 4-6: Finalize Strategy
The final phase involves meeting individually with the Value Building Marketing team and your Vision Value Model™ certified coach to review and finalize your custom marketing strategy. This one-on-one interaction ensures that your strategy is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
You’ll leave the accelerator with a comprehensive, actionable plan that includes:
- A 12-month marketing plan and task organizer

Implementation
Once your strategy is finalized, the next 12 months are dedicated to implementation. You’ll have all the tools you need to execute your strategy effectively.
