Marketing Inventory Template


Grab a copy of the Marketing Inventory Template. Click here to access the Google Sheet.

  1. Make a copy of the Index template for yourself.
  2. Click List Files/Folders and paste in the ID of the folder you want to index. The ID is the set of characters after “folder/” in the Google Drive link.
  3. The script will create a list of all of your files within that folder.
  4. Once the script finishes running you can update the columns related to the asset status and usage.
