2024 was a huge year for us! We worked with tons of clients, walking them through the Vision Value Model™ and building marketing strategies that really worked.
We also spoke at the Business Transitions Summit, taking participants through unique exercises that changed the way they thought about their business, their brand, and maybe even their lives.
Finally, we did a few things to build our own brand, launching the Vision Value Accelerator and rebranding to VBM Strategy.
Business Transitions Summit 2024 | The Can’t-Miss Business Owner Event of the Year
We were super stoked to go to the 2nd annual Business Transitions Summit this year, a place where business owners and exit-planning professionals can come together and talk about the real issues facing business owners today (and real solutions to solve them).
We were invited to speak and couldn’t have been more excited to do so!
During our talk, we dove deep into the Vision Value Model™, really driving home the importance of basing your business goals and marketing/branding strategy on a solid foundation.
It’s super easy to get bogged down in the daily grind and forget about the bigger picture, about the vision you have for your business’s future (and your personal future!) and the values that you want to protect while you work toward it.
But when you start with a clear vision and well-defined values, you can create a roadmap for success that keeps everyone on the same page and fired up.
After showing participants the model and giving them some examples, we walked them through a unique exercise that reconnected them with their vision 6 months after the summit.
They walked away with a clear understanding of just how important vision and values really are—along with a new way of thinking about goal setting.
Helping SVN Verus Rock Their Marketing and Change Their Mindset
At VBM Strategy, seeing our clients crush it is what gets us out of bed in the morning! One of our recent success stories is SVN Verus, a Commercial Real Estate company that specializes in North Texas properties.
