We had a ton of fun this year helping business leaders focus on aligning their vision, values, and goals for the upcoming year using the Vision Value Model™.
The week-long event was packed with engaging activities, interactive quizzes, and practical resources to kickstart your journey toward exponential growth in 2025.
Here’s everything that happened (along with links to all those awesome resources we mentioned).
Day 1: Vision Refresh Day
The 1st day of Jumpstart Week was all about refreshing and refining participants’ visions for their businesses and their personal lives.
Attendees used the Vision-Setting Worksheet to reflect on their long-term goals for the next 1, 3, and 5 years.
We also hosted a livestream to guide participants through the process of aligning their vision with impactful strategies.
Day 2: Values Alignment Day
On the 2nd day, the focus shifted to the importance of core values in fueling your vision for your business.
Participants were encouraged to take the Values and Vision Quiz to assess their alignment between their current business practices and the values that guide them in business and in life.
They were also provided with the Vision to Values Roadmap, a comprehensive guide to help them stay on track and maintain the momentum they were starting to build.
Day 3: M.E.S.S.Y. Goals Day
Wednesday was dedicated to setting meaningful, mission-aligned goals that would guide participants and their businesses through the next 12 months.
We dove into the idea of setting M.E.S.S.Y. Goals, which are:
- Mission-Aligned
- Exponential
- Earnest
- Sifted from the Heap
- Simple & Memorable
- Uniquely Yours
They were encouraged to submit their M.E.S.S.Y. Goals online to get personalized feedback and actionable steps.
Day 4: Strategy Sprint Day
On the 4th day, attendees were challenged to put their ideas into action with a 30-minute Strategy Sprint.
Armed with the Strategy Sprint Worksheet, participants crafted their 2025 strategy outlines. This fast-paced exercise helped them prioritize their goals and create a roadmap for success in the coming year.
Day 5: Accountability & Action Day
The final day of Jumpstart Week focused on bringing goals to life through accountability and action.
Participants filled out the 12-Month Accountability & Action Plan to keep them focused on their vision throughout the year. Our team also hosted a live Q&A session to address any remaining questions and provide additional support.
